Shipping policy

Our products are offered at wholesale cost to retailers with valid sales permit IDs for the purpose of resale only. Generally, our wholesale products are priced 50% below our MSRP. Due to the immense savings, you must complete a wholesale account application, providing your EIN, and Sales & Use Tax ID.

SHIPPING POLICY

Orders over $1,000 with a U.S. or Canadian ship address may qualify for free ground shipping.

SHIPPING OPTIONS 

We ship from USPS or UPS. We can also ship by any carrier you want to use. Just let us know.  *Quoted shipping cost is an estimate only.

STANDARD OR EXPRESS SHIPPING

Most of our products are unique and made-to-order, with a usual turn-around time of one week for non-designer fabric items.*   Designer fabric items, such as aprons, are usually ready within three weeks.*
